This website has been created by my friends and I to help you do the same. It opens a window into the fantastic opportunities that investing in Costa Rica real estate currently offers.

If you missed out on the recent boom market in US real estate, it’s still not too late to make up for it by investing in Costa Rica. Even though prices have risen, they are only going to go higher because the combination of close proximity to the US, a non military democratic and pro US government and some of the most beautiful scenery in the world still available at a fraction of what similar properties would cost at home, make this an ideal investment environment. The fact that foreigners in Costa Rica have the same constitutional rights as Costa Rica citizens (Ticos) to own property or businesses means that full title and complete protection of the law are equally available to all nationalities. This is an extremely important consideration and not possible in many countries such as Mexico or various island nations in the Caribbean.

During the last 3 years, the average price of raw land here has quadrupled and literal fortunes are being made in the Costa Rican Real Estate market. The situation is very reminiscent of Florida during the 70’s or the Caribbean Islands in the 80’s, where every dollar invested then is worth at least $100 today!

The opportunities range from Central Valley, San José or Escazú condos and homes that you may only want to use for an occasional vacation or rental income to ocean view farms suitable for subdivision and resale. There are also exceptional businesses that from time to time, I hear about and can only say “what a deal ” So please… look at the properties on this site, all of which I know to be great investments, and send me the form about what you’d like to know.
