Who is Bill Adams and why should I take his advice about real estate in Costa Rica?

While my sons adjusted to the new environment and the lamentable lack of surfing at 4000 feet above sea level and my lovely Costa Rican wife of 25 years set up house once again, I went to work for an internet real estate company that had an exceptionally high “Google” ranking, generating thousands of ”hits” a day. I’ve since left this company but it was my first exposure to the electronic end of the business, I had been living and working at the beach for so long I had missed the revolution in communications and the whole IT phenomena was new to me. Slowly but surely I became more comfortable with this new medium and now, like most people, wonder how anyone communicated before e mail.

That pretty much brings us up to the present, me communicating with you by e mail. I hope that after reading all this you’ve come to the conclusion that my advise about Costa Rica real estate is based on sound experience, knowledge and practical application and although I shouldn’t be your sole source of information, I can be a very valuable asset in your decision making process. Since you’re interested in buying property in my adopted country, I’d like to help you make one of the most important decisions of your life.

Buying land in a foreign country is, for many people, one of the more extreme investments imaginable, something most people wouldn’t even consider. Obviously you’re not one of the crowd. That is important because Costa Rica is not for everyone which is exactly the reason it’s such a great place to own property.
